Thanks for the fave :)
thank you for the fav on "don't think." ^^
thanks for the fav
Thanks for the watch.
Thanks for the fav! I took some time to look through your gallery. I think the strongest work you have is the one with the little Satyr girl. She has really good anatomy and everything looks to be in the right spot. If I had to make any sort of critique I would say do some studies. Just google image some people and draw them. Models, people at the part, whatever. It can do wonders for just getting down the curve of the spine, how people are put together, etc.

I did want to mentioned that I am CRAZY HAPPY that you haven't dropped into the anime bucket. Lots of people go that route and it can be something of a mistake starting out. You've got a really nice thing going with that sort of Disney vibe. Not that you should strive to draw from life and make things look realistic (if only to exaggerate it later with cartoon); but it is really refreshing to see someone who isn't doing the popular thing. Rare commodity, that!

Keep it up! The more we try, the more we fail, the more we fail, the more we learn, the more we learn, the more we don't have to try, and the better we get! See you around the site!
Oh, gosh, thank you! She's one of my oldest and longest running characters, so I've tried a little harder with her to get things right...had more practice with her, too. I have been doing that, actually, and found a nice site that has a large stock of reference pictures of both nude and clothed models, of both genders! Ah, the wonders of a good model. ^^

Ahhh yes, the omega-anime-overlord that is the style. I used to be really into it, honestly, but I've found that I like the more cartoony, westernized kind of style better. The pointy chins can only look good for so long, no?

Thank you for the comment, really! I didn't expect it but you really boosted my morale, it means a lot! <3
No worries. I don't get a lot of followers or anything so when people take time to stop by my little corner, even if just for a single piece, I like to get say something. I mean, at the end of the day, really all artists have is one another to challenge and take advice from. I suppose it is like any sort of profession. It wouldn't make a lot of sense for me to give my opinion of some complex physics equation I don't understand. Just my 2 cents - take it as you like! Enough of be rambling. Take it easy!
